  • Unopened Products: To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original, unopened packaging. Once the product has been opened or removed from its original packaging, it is no longer eligible for return or refund.
  • Product Condition: We do not accept returns or refunds for items that show any signs of use, such as scratches, bite marks, or wear from pet interaction. Products that have been damaged or altered by the customer or pet are not eligible for a return or refund.

 

2. Return and Refund Request Timeline

  • Order Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we begin processing your order, and cancellations may no longer be accepted.
  • Return Requests: For eligible items, return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order. Beyond this timeframe, returns will not be accepted.
  • Refund Requests: Refunds are only considered in cases where a product arrives defective due to a manufacturing error. Any defect claims must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product, with clear evidence (photos or videos) provided to support the claim.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns for items that have been used by pets or have been exposed to potential pet allergens.
  • Clearance items, discounted items, and final sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
